Working Principle

As refrigeration equipment and based on water evaporation, high temperature water chiller is taking air's wet-bulb depression as driving potential, and using the heat and moisture transfer between high temp. dry air and water to lower water temperature.

Firstly, the high temp.dry air entering the chiller is wetted by an indirect evaporative cooler,and the air after cooled enters into direct evaporative cooler, having heat and moisture transfer with water. At the moment, some heat in liquid water is evaporated into the air, and liquid water is lowered as it loses heat, thus, high temperature cold water is obtained.

Aolan high temperature water chiller takes air and water as working medium. The working process for water system and air is as below chart: .

Product main features and advantages:

①Energy saving and environmental protection: Compared with mechanical refrigeration equipment, it can save energy by more than 80% under the same cooling capacity, greatly reducing operating costs. The working medium is water and air, both of which are recyclable energy sources.

②The whole machine adopts the shape of aluminum Hexin frame and moisturizing bag, which is beautiful and reliable and has a good moisturizing effect.

③Adopting a new type of packing structure, independent core technology, and increasing the evaporation efficiency, it can effectively reduce the overall size of the machine. The filler is made of organic polymer material, which has flame retardant and antibacterial properties and good antibacterial properties. It can be quickly disassembled and replaced, which is convenient for cleaning or replacing the packing and simplifies the later maintenance.

④ It adopts DC brushless EC fan, which has the characteristics of high intelligence, high energy saving, high efficiency, long life, low vibration, low noise and continuous uninterrupted operation; it can effectively prevent the intrusion of rain, snow and sand, and keep the water quality clean.

⑤Intelligent control: The whole machine adopts PLC and touch screen intelligent control, providing a variety of interface types. Real-time detection of water temperature, automatic control of fan speed, to achieve precise control.

⑥The water tank is made of stainless steel, which has high strength and high reliability; rust and corrosion resistance. There is a quick access port for the water tank, which is convenient for repairing the components in the water tank.

⑦Indirect evaporation section: dry pre-cooling coils or indirect evaporation cores are used. The dry pre-cooling calculation has a reliable drainage method to ensure that each pipe can be drained cleanly and prevent freezing in winter.

⑧Large aperture three-dimensional water distribution, water distribution is uniform;

⑨Case: The mechanical strength of the box body reaches European standards, the structure is firm, and it has good mechanical strength; the thermal insulation panel is made of safe and green new energy-saving materials.

⑩ It adopts touch screen + PLC programmable intelligent control, English and dynamic graphic display, which can display the main parameters of the unit, and can query the running time of the unit and historical fault records; and can reset the parameters according to the usage. Provide RS-485 control interface, adopt the open communication protocol common to the national standard, and can communicate with the centralized control system and with the third-party building automation system.

⑪ Unit protection function: It can provide alarms such as antifreeze and abnormal liquid level.

⑫ Unit safety monitoring: It can monitor the temperature of the incoming and outgoing water, the temperature and humidity status of the fresh air, and the phase failure monitoring.

Note:

The height of the unit is not including the base height, see following specific dimension for your reference.

Installation & Maintenance

The side air inlet filter should be periodically cleaned or replaced during normal operation.

Filter should be equipped in the inlet of circulating water pump and electronic hydrotreater is suggested to be installed.

To avoid short cut of air stream, there should be some height differences and horizontal distance between air inlet and air outlet.

In some regions with high wind sand, anti-wind sand device should be installed in air inlet,and should be cleaned periodically.

Bottom elevation of the chiller should be at least 600mm higher than the impeller center of the circulating water pump.

Before winter, the inlet and outlet valve of the chiller's air cool coil should be closed, and liquid water in cool coil should be blowed off by compressing air to avoid cold injury on chiller by low temperature in winter. Also, the water in tank should be drained off and keep dry.

③Water softening system: optional in areas with hard water quality, it can effectively remove calcium and magnesium ions and other components in the water and reduce the maintenance work caused by scaling of the system;

④Built-in board replacement and primary pump system: realize rapid on-site layout and reduce engineering volume;

⑤Built-in mechanical refrigeration system: compensate for insufficient refrigeration capacity;

⑥ Circulating water descaling, filtration and sterilization device: maintain the cleanliness of the water system;
