To fortify workplace safety and enhance the emergency fire response capabilities of all staff, Aolan (Fujian) Industrial Co., Ltd. conducted a fire drill on November 25, 2025. Under the theme "Store Flammables Securely, Keep Fire Exits Clear, Ensure Smooth and Safe Production," all employees participated actively and successfully completed various drill tasks, further elevating the overall safety awareness.

This drill aimed to achieve three key goals by simulating a realistic fire scenario: first, to improve employees' practical ability to respond to fires, enabling them to master core skills such as fire extinguishing, evacuation, and self-rescue; second, to hone the coordination and command capabilities of management personnel and test the feasibility and execution efficiency of the emergency plan; third, to provide safety education through realistic simulation, shifting employees' mindset from "passive awareness" to "active mastery," thereby strengthening their fire safety awareness and fostering a corporate culture where "everyone values safety and every task follows regulations."

Drill Process: From Simulated Evacuation to Practical Hands-on Training

1. Simulated Fire Evacuation: Swift, Orderly, and Standardized
   At exactly 9:00 AM, sharp fire alarms sounded throughout the facility while safety officers ignited smoke bombs in the corridors to simulate a spreading fire. Upon hearing the alarms, employees immediately stopped their work and, following the emergency plan guidance, evacuated quickly and orderly along designated routes, staying low, covering their mouths and noses. The entire evacuation was swift. All participants safely reached the designated assembly point, where headcounts were conducted with no one missing. During the drill, employees strictly adhered to the requirements of "following commands, maintaining a serious attitude, and acting swiftly," demonstrating excellent emergency preparedness.

2. Firefighting Skills Briefing: Integrating Theory with Practice, Clear and Practical
   Safety officers, considering the actual flammable risk points in the production environment, explained in detail the correct methods for using fire extinguishers and fire hoses. They used simple, easy-to-understand language to break down complex steps, helping employees quickly grasp the core skills.

3. Practical Hands-on Drill: Personal Practice, Skill Mastery
   In the highly anticipated hands-on session, safety officers lit a controlled training fire. Employees stepped forward one by one to operate dry powder fire extinguishers according to the instructed steps. Subsequently, employees practiced in groups using fire hoses and water nozzles.
