Aolan Invited to Attend the 6th Intelligent Rail Transit HVAC Technology Exchange Conference
From September 25th to 27th, 2025, the 6th Intelligent Rail Transit HVAC Technology Exchange Conference, jointly organized by Asia-Pacific Construction Science and Technology Information Research Institute Co., Ltd., China Railway Siyuan Survey and Design Group Co., Ltd., and Wuhan Metro Group Co., Ltd., was held in Wuhan. Aolan was invited to attend the conference.

The construction of urban rail transit in China has entered a new stage of high-quality development. With the deepening of the "Dual Carbon" strategy and the acceleration of intelligent rail transit construction, HVAC systems, as a key link in ensuring the safe operation of rail transit, enhancing passenger comfort, and achieving energy savings and emission reduction, are facing significant opportunities and challenges for technological innovation and intelligent upgrades. At the operational safety level, the frequent occurrence of extreme weather and continuous growth in passenger flow place higher demands on environmental control systems. In terms of low-carbon development, the energy consumption of rail transit HVAC systems accounts for over 30% of the total station energy consumption, indicating significant energy-saving potential. Regarding long-term operation and maintenance, new technologies such as intelligent monitoring and predictive maintenance are profoundly transforming traditional maintenance models. Against this backdrop, the industry urgently needs to build consensus, share practical experience, and discuss new development paths.

This conference, based on the new development stage, adopted the theme "Safe, Low-Carbon, Long-Term Development." It brought together authoritative experts from domestic metro companies, rail transit design institutes, and renowned enterprises, focusing on sharing the latest research results and practical experience, aiming to jointly promote the innovative development of rail transit HVAC technology.

Aolan has been continuously deepening its expertise in the rail transit field, and its independently developed series of products have been widely applied in public transportation scenarios such as subways, high-speed rail, airports, and bus stations. Among them, the evaporative cooling products utilize the principle of water evaporation absorbing heat to achieve cooling, without relying on traditional compressor refrigeration. Their energy consumption is significantly lower than conventional air conditioning systems. These products not only effectively reduce ambient temperature and improve air quality but also successfully address pain points of traditional AC systems such as high energy consumption, high maintenance costs, and insufficient environmental friendliness, demonstrating outstanding application results. Addressing excessive humidity issues in some subway stations, Aolan has further launched a solution temperature and humidity regulation air handling unit. This unit uses a salt solution as the working medium, achieving independent and precise control of temperature and humidity through heat pump drive. Simultaneously, the salt solution possesses the function of sterilizing and purifying air, with a removal rate of over 99% for bacteria and viruses, providing an ideal solution for scenarios in public transportation that require dehumidification.
The new technologies and application results shared and exhibited by Aolan at this conference garnered widespread attention from attending experts and peers. As a representative of green and energy-saving technology, evaporative cooling technology can not only enhance environmental comfort but also help the industry practice the national "Dual Carbon" goals, providing strong support for the low-carbon transformation of rail transit HVAC systems.
