Aolan Technical Team Visits Tianjin Refrigeration Society to Discuss Evaporative Cooling Technology Innovation and Support New Practices in Green and Low-Carbon Development

On June 20, 2025, the "Symposium on Evaporative Cooling Technology and Its Applications", co-hosted by the Tianjin Refrigeration Society and the Transportation Environment Working Committee of Tianjin Refrigeration Society, was successfully held at Tianjin University of Commerce. Shen Jiang, Chairman of Tianjin Refrigeration Society and Professor of Tianjin University of Commerce; Sun Zhili, Vice Dean of the School of Urban Construction of Tianjin University of Commerce and Deputy Secretary-General of Tianjin Refrigeration Society; and a delegation from Aolan (Fujian) Industrial Co., Ltd., including Zhong Dehui, General Manager of the Evaporative Cooling Sales Center, Lin Rongjiao, Director of the Sales Support Center, and Deng Guoxian, Assistant General Manager, together with more than 20 industry experts, designers and university scholars, conducted in-depth exchanges and discussions on the innovative applications of evaporative cooling and solution-based temperature and humidity regulation technologies in industrial, transportation, public building and other fields.

This symposium aims to establish a high-level communication platform, with discussions focusing on key topics including the market promotion paths, energy efficiency improvement strategies, breakthroughs in application bottlenecks, and refinement of standards and specifications for evaporative cooling and solution-based temperature & humidity regulation technologies. Through technical exchanges and experience sharing, it helps identify cooperation opportunities, promotes the wide application of these technologies in energy conservation, emission reduction, and the improvement of human settlements, and provides support for the green and sustainable development of related industries.

When delivering the welcome speech, Professor Shen Jiang, Chairman of the Tianjin Refrigeration Society, highly recognized Aolan’s technological innovation and leading role in the industry, and expressed the hope that the symposium would deepen the understanding of the technical application principles and practical effects of the aforementioned technologies. Professor Yang Yongan, Vice Chairman and Secretary-General of the Society, focused on introducing the research scope and functions of the newly established Transportation Environment Working Committee this year, and expressed expectation for fostering multi-dimensional and multi-level cooperation between Aolan and the Committee.

As the core session of the conference, Ms. Lin Rongjiao, Director of the Sales Support Center at Aolan, delivered a keynote speech titled "Technical Exchange on Innovation and Scenario Application of Aolan Evaporative Cooling Products", systematically expounding Aolan’s technological accumulation and practical achievements in the field of evaporative cooling.

The speech pointed out that focusing on three core technological product lines—indirect evaporative water chillers, evaporative cooling air handling units, and liquid desiccant temperature & humidity control units—Aolan has developed scenario-specific solutions covering data centers, public buildings, industrial manufacturing, and other sectors. Through the sharing of typical cases, the practical value of evaporative cooling and liquid desiccant temperature & humidity control technologies in energy conservation, consumption reduction, and environmental regulation was demonstrated in an intuitive manner.

This seminar is not only a concentrated showcase of technological achievements, but also a crucial opportunity for industry-academia-research collaborative innovation. Through in-depth exchanges between enterprises, academic societies and universities, it has not only provided a practical path for the transformation of university research achievements, but also pointed out the direction for enterprises' technological upgrading. With the advancement of the "dual carbon" goals, evaporative cooling technology, as a green and low-carbon environmental regulation solution, boasts enormous market potential.

The successful holding of this conference has also laid a solid foundation for the coordinated development of the industry.
