Recently, Aolan’s independently developed “Integrated Temperature and Humidity Independent Control Solution Dehumidification Unit” (Patent No.: ZL 2024 1 0164372.1) has officially received announcement authorization from the China National Intellectual Property Administration!

An Integrated Temperature and Humidity Independent Control Solution Dehumidification Unit

The present invention provides an integrated temperature and humidity independent control solution dehumidification unit, comprising a dehumidification mechanism, a regeneration mechanism, a cooling mechanism, and a temperature control mechanism. The temperature control mechanism includes a heating coil, a heating pump, a cooling pump, and first, second, and third three-way valves. The unit uses a compressor to achieve four functions: when the four-way reversing valve switches to cooling mode, it cools and dehumidifies the air; when switched to heating mode, it heats and humidifies the air; when the second and third three-way valves are opened, the temperature rises; when the first and third three-way valves are opened, the temperature drops. Since the temperature rise and drop ranges adjusted by the three-way valves are both greater than the adjustment range within the solution tank, the outlet air temperature can be effectively controlled regardless of whether the air in the solution tank is in a dehumidification or humidification state, thereby efficiently achieving independent temperature and humidity control.
