Our outdoor air cooler mainly consists of a large fan and a cooling pad. The user simply fills the lower water tank, and the water pump draws water to the top, where it is evenly sprayed onto the cooling pad. At the same time, the large fan draws in hot air, which passes through the wet cooling pad, absorbing heat from the air. Unlike misting fans, this product does not spray water droplets.

Aolan air coolers come in a wide variety. Most customers use them as outdoor air coolers. However, it is not a traditional air conditioner in the conventional sense, as traditional air conditioners are typically equipped with a compressor. Our product also comes in an indoor version, which features a smaller fan motor and a more compact body.

Operating Environment

The outdoor air cooler is suitable for well‑ventilated indoor or outdoor environments, whether or not air conditioning is available. For example:

- Areas with insufficient air conditioning

- Any well‑ventilated room or workspace

- Shaded outdoor areas

Good ventilation is essential when using our air cooler products. Evaporative air coolers absorb heat by increasing the humidity of the surrounding environment. This means humidity rises and temperature drops – a physical phenomenon known as latent heat exchange. Therefore, our evaporative air cooler should be placed in a location with open windows, an exhaust fan, or an air‑conditioned room (since air conditioning helps reduce indoor humidity). Using it outdoors is also perfectly fine.

Because this air cooler does not spray water droplets, it is suitable for food service establishments or any outdoor dining area.
